My aim is to bridge that gap by catering to your individual circumstances; with an evidence-based approach. Whether your goals are body composition related i.e. weight loss/gain or weight management, addressing pre, intra or post-exercise related nutrition barriers; developing a healthy relationship with food or looking to making marginal gains with your performance and/or your recovery, I can offer you a comprehensive and tailored service that are designed to meet your individual objectives.
