Who are my Personal Training sessions for?
My personal training sessions are for individuals of all ages and abilities. My 1-1 personal training sessions are for individuals who:
- Want to develop their overall fitness.
- Are a master (35yrs+) or older athlete (65yrs+).
- Are looking to engage with a variety of training methods e.g. resistance, interval, and HIIT.
- Want to make changes to their body composition e.g. gain/retain lean muscle tissue or improve body confidence.
- Want to improve their gym technique.
- Want to exercise in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
- Want to have fun exercising with a friendly and knowledgable practitioner.
Personal Training Packages
1 x 1 hour session p/week
12 week block (12 sessions)
2 x 1 hour sessions p/week
12 week block (24 sessions)
1 x 1 hour session per fortnight
12 week block (6 sessions)
Monthly payment plans are available.
Sessions can be moved inside each 12 week block with 24hrs notice.
<24hr notice of cancelling a session will result in losing the session.
All sessions must be used within 12 weeks of the start of the first session. Sessions cannot be carried over.
