Who is it for?
As a supplementary or stand alone service, these sessions are suited to individuals who are looking to:
- Develop general fitness
- Engage in a variety of training methods e.g. resistance, interval, and HIIT.
- Master good technique
- Gain or improve confidence
- Exercise in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
- Have fun whilst exercising.



Personal Training Packages
Option 1:

1 x 1 hour session p/week

12 week block (12 sessions)

Includes electronic copy of personal training sessions

Fee: £420 (Save £60!)
Option 2 (Popular):

2 x 1 hour sessions p/week

12 week block (24 sessions)

Includes electronic copy of personal training sessions

Option 3:

1 x 1 hour session per fortnight

12 week block (6 sessions)

Includes electronic copy of personal training sessions

Sessions can be moved inside of 12 week block with 24hrs notice.

<24hr notice of cancelling a session will result in losing the session.

All sessions must be used within 12 weeks of the start of the first session. Sessions cannot be carried over.
